Product introduction
These high-capacity bag filters or basket strainers are very low in cost and offer large dirt holding capacity. These housings are made from carbon steel or stainless steel. They use a newly designed clamp cover that is easily removed, reducing time spent on bag change-out. The O-ring seal on the cover ensures a seal. This housing also utilizes our Unistyle design offering you the option of a side or bottom outlet. There is a 2-inch outlet on the side with a 2-inch plugged drain at the bottom of the housing. The outlet can easily be changed to the bottom by merely moving the plug from the drain to the side outlet.

Filter Bag Housings are manufactured in accordance to meet the high demands of the process industries.
They can be used in processing chemicals, petroleum derivatives, coolants, cutting oils, cleaning fluids, waxes, paints, inks, resins, varnishes, lacquers, pharmaceuticals, plasticisers, plastisols, food stuffs, vegetable oils and edible oils. They are particularly useful for filtering large volumes of high viscosity liquids.
Equipment Connections can be NPT, BSP and ASA screwed or flanged in the different configurations to suit the customer's requirements. All bag filters vessels are compatible with all standard snap ring filter bags as well as our other custom designed bags. These can be supplied in single or multiple bags in a vessel assembly.
