Material of dust filter cartridge:
1. The filter material is made of domestic and imported coated polyester non-woven fabric (oil proof, waterproof, antistatic and flame retardant treatment), polyester long fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material, etc. It adopts international advanced wide fold discount technology, with uniform gap
2. The end covers at both ends of the filter cartridge are made of anti rust steel plate with thickness of more than 8 mm (not easy to deform). The special polyurethane foam adhesive is used to bond the end cover and the filter material (to ensure that the end cover and the filter material are connected tightly without gap)
3. The internal and external support protection frameworks are made of punching stainless steel plates with high strength and good anti-corrosion performance of more than 5mm, with strong support, which can prevent the filter cartridge from blowing, exploding and shrinking
4. The connection between filter cartridge and slide plate is sealed with low hardness and high strength foam sealing rubber ring to ensure no dust leakage, and the filtration accuracy can reach 99.9%;
5. The internal and external protection net and internal filter material are fixed by the internationally advanced automatic screw glue casting machine (or fixed by the fastening belt), so as to ensure the uniform air volume and filtering area of the filter cartridge, and facilitate the electromagnetic pulse valve back blowing and dust cleaning
