Mother Nature cries for help

Now that we have become aware of how badly humankind hurt Mother Nature, it is time to try to live more sustainably. No use crying over spilt milk, but there are ways to try to stop the process of destruction of our One and Only Planet. Our planet is our only home, and our duty is to protect it from being destroyed. Everywhere we look, there is a way to become eco-friendly and if every one of us does at least something to make their habits greener, we shall all live a better, healthier, greener life. We all have to do our part in this recovering process, every day of the year, and everywhere we move. With absolutely no excuses. Here are some tips you can add to your daily routine in order to keep the grass greener.

We all know that oftentimes less is more. The more makeup you put on, the more the accent on your makeup, everybody will admire the beauty of your makeup. The less makeup, the more accent on your natural beauty. Whatever the amount of makeup you prefer, at the end of the day you’ll have to take it off. Be smart, use reusable cotton pads. Use them the same way as you would use disposables, put some makeup remover on them and remove your makeup. But after you finish, you simply collect them in a mesh bag, and when you load your washing machine, add your reusable cotton pads in the mesh bag to your laundry. Using those pads will give your face a gentle massage, and your skin will be soft and smooth. Made of 100% cotton fiber, they will be very gentle to your skin. And you can use them again and again. Drop by drop, pad by pad, it will positively affect your budget and not just your environment.

Our body consists of 55% to 60% of water, which means that there is no living being that can live without water. Thus, first of all we have to save water, as every drop of it counts. Here are some tips for saving water.

We all have lots of stuff in our wardrobes and cupboards we do not really need or use anymore. Consider the possibility of regifting and donating them to people who might need them. It will make at least two people happy: the one who is making a donation and the one who will receive it. That dress is as good as new, but you can’t fit in? Give it to someone who can, don’t keep it for no obvious reason and don’t waste it, someone will like it very much. Sharing is caring, as they say.

You don’t have to drive your car wherever you go. Go on, start earlier, take a walk, use the bus or any other kind of public transportation, ride a bike; There are so many ways to get from one place to another. A nice walk will refresh your thoughts and make you feel much happier. And you won’t be stressed about the crowded parking lot whenever you go. Stress-free 2 in 1.

Being friendly to nature, you are being friendly to yourself most of all.
